Property Tenders recently had the exciting (and hilariously awkward) opportunity to be featured on the Dela-Where? Podcast by The Real McCoy Group of Coldwell Banker Realty . As their fifth episode , this was a great chance to connect with one of our trusted partners and chat about what it's really like to live, work, and raise a family in Sussex County, Delaware . From our humble beginnings to how we stay active in the community, this episode dives into the heart of Property Tenders, LLC — and even includes a few can't-miss homeowner tips every local should know. 👂 Tune in to hear about: ✅ Our top tips every homeowner in Delaware needs to hear ✅ The Careers to Classrooms program (a behind-the-scenes look at our dual life in education and business) ✅ A snowblower, a tire patch, and a single paperclip — trust us, you’ll want to stick around for that story 😂 🎧 Listen to "Dela-Where?" on your favorite platform: Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/...

Yes — 4:30 A.M. A customer, likely assuming they'd reach voicemail, was shocked when a real person picked up on the other end. "Oh my goodness, I didn't think anyone would answer! I'm so sorry!" she said. We assured her there was no need to apologize. At Property Tenders LLC and Can Cowboys , we love hearing from people interested in our services — whether it's a midday quote or a before-sunr...
