 When I first started Property Tenders, there wasn’t a master plan or big marketing strategy. There was just a simple idea: listen to what people need — and say yes . Over the years, our community taught us what our business should be. They didn’t always need the big, flashy services. They needed the small things — the things no one else wanted to do. We’ve dug through trash cans to find what was accidentally tossed. We’ve cleaned grills, replaced missing knobs, switched out light bulbs, installed new lights, and even sent photo updates so homeowners could rest easy. Odd jobs? Yes — but they mattered.
