Supporting Local Events and Building Community in Bethany Beach

At Property Tenders, we believe in the power of community involvement and are proud to play an active role in supporting local events throughout Sussex County. This past weekend, we were honored to assist our local chamber during the 30th Ocean to Bay Bike Tour in downtown Bethany Beach, helping with packet pickup for one of their many seasonal gatherings. It was a joy to work alongside other local businesses like The Real McCoy Group, who also generously gave their time and energy.

The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce continues to do a phenomenal job bringing our community together, and it’s the behind-the-scenes efforts of volunteers that make each event possible. Whether it's prepping for a race, organizing check-ins, or managing logistics, the impact of these moments is real—and meaningful.

Volunteering at these events offers more than just exposure—it connects us with the people and places that make Sussex County feel like home. We're grateful for every opportunity to give back and look forward to many more moments of service and collaboration.
